Julie Graham

Owner of The Pet Pack Services

History

The name ‘The Pack’ has its’ foundation going back to 2015 when Julie was stationed with the United States Air Force in Belgium. During that time, she went from two dogs to three (and then four and five) and realized there was a noticeable change in the dynamics of their behavior – they took on a new joint dynamic and identity as a Pack. A family of their own, within the family.

After Julie retired from a 27-year career in the Air Force in 2019, she put into motion realizing a lifelong dream of establishing a small Homestead and Pet Services business, which eventually took her to Lewes, DE. Everything Julie learned from her years in the military needing constant pet care services has gone into her philosophy of running The Pack Pet Services, LLC.

Established in 2020

The Pack Pet Services, LLC was established in November 2020. While initially a solo operation, by February 2021, the demand for services was greater than Julie alone could handle, and so she started hiring additional ‘pack’ staff members.

Julie’s Golden Rule: Never hire anyone she wouldn’t trust 100% with the care of her pack! And, treat everyone as family – staff and clients (human and animal).

In the summer of 2021, life threw a little curve ball, and Julie moved to Southwest Michigan (it’s a long story). Neither Julie, the clients, nor staff, wanted to end the relationships they’d already built, and so The Pack Pet Services, LLC continued.

While Julie has missed the hands-on side of the business, her team has continued to provide excellent services under Julie’s management.

Julie’s own pack has continued to grow and diversify. She currently has four dogs, Nigerian Dwarf goats, and a flock of chickens, ducks, and geese.

She has plans to add pigs and maybe alpacas in the future.

In the future, The Pack Pet Services, may start operating in MI, there is certainly a need for quality pet care services there. But, for now, Julie’s focus is on DE and continuing to provide, and build, a service based on integrity and excellence….and a whole lot of loving on our furry, feathery, and scaly friends!

Alison

Alison, Hi, I'm Alison! Six years ago, I started working in PA as a Dog Walker and Pet Sitter. As long as I can recall, I have loved animals of all kinds. I’ve had dogs most of my life (along with a few other types of pets) and was also the one bringing home strays dogs, cats, or injured wildlife to care for them. In March of 2020, I met Julie and she hired me as her first team member for The Pack Pet Services. Since then, I have been walking dogs daily and pet sitting for our vacation/as needed clients. I love it is here just as much as I did in PA! I have met so many wonderful pets and their humans! I just love what I do!

Stacy

Hi, I’m Stacy. I moved to Lewes 3 years ago after life long residency in Baltimore, MD. I’m a single mother, empty nester who is excited to be onboard with the Pack. I am in finance by day and love my evening, weekends and overnight times with these amazing pets. I love to walk and this combines three of my passions – pets, exercise and meeting new people in the area. I enjoy all of the various breed/dog personalities and look forward to serving you and your families’ needs.

Hi! I’m Erin and I’m so excited to be a part of the Pack! My true passion in life is animals, especially dogs, which is why I became a certified dog trainer in 2012. Caring for dogs and other pets brings me to my happy place. I look forward to getting to know and caring for your precious animals!

Brianna

Hi! I’m Brianna and I recently moved to the area full-time from PA. I’ve always been an animal lover and I believe pets aren’t just companions, but valued members of the family! I am lucky to be the owner of two cats, Maya and McGee, and a Cocker Spaniel named Charlie Brown. As I am finishing my Art Therapy degree, my schedule is quite flexible including overnight availability! As a member of The Pack, I can help ease your mind and provide a loving friendly face to your precious fur babies!

Jacqui

Hi, my name is Jacqui, and I grew up in Southern California. I’ve been around medium and large dog breeds all my life, and am so happy to be able to take care of pets in this beautiful coastal area!

Shay

Hi! I’m Shay and I’m the proud fur mama of two beautiful bassets. I’ve always been an animal lover and owner with a wide variety of two and four legged friends. From dogs and cats to rabbits, turtles, chickens and even a chameleon. I’ve been pet sitting the past three years, while also working part time at a local elementary school. I’m so excited to be part of The Pet Pack ,and look forward to pampering your pet/pets with the best care possible!

Mya

Hi! I’m Mya and I’m excited to be able to take care of your fur baby. I’ve had a love for animals all my life and had dogs of all breeds throughout my life. Being around animals has always made me happy. I have worked with dogs and cats at my last job and completed “dog guru” training.

Hi, I’m Donna I recently moved to DE from NJ! I’ve been working in pet care services for the last 6 years and it’s a true passion. I enjoy being able to provide peace of mind to fellow animal lovers, knowing their pets are in great care.

My name is Tyler and I’m new to Rehoboth Beach. I just moved down here with my family. I have always loved animals and I’ve also always had a small zoo in my house and I currently have a dog, four cats and a house bunny. I also work here with my brother Max!

Hi I am AL. I just joined the Pack after serving pets for 6 year with Get Your WagOn. I am so glad to be joining. My Wife and I have lived in Lewes since 2006. We moved from Delaware County Pennsylvania where I grew up. We moved to Ocean View DE two years ago. In my life have had 7 cats and 10 dogs of my own. My love for them began in college when I took care of my professor's pets. Dogs and cats seem to since that I love them because they usually come to me. My motto is: "Your pet is my pet when I care for them."

My name is Madison, I enjoy working for the pack pet service company because I love being around animals they are just as happy to see you, as you are to see them. I look at them like they are my own fur babies, each one have a different personality and that’s always great to see!

Hi, I'm Deb. Originally from Laurel, MD, but now a full time resident of Ocean View. Mom to 2 fur babies … Jake (Jack Russell) & Baby Kitten (cat). I love music, the stage, biking & hiking. Caring for pets is truly a pleasure & the best job in the world!

Hi, I’m Bill. As a former pet parent, I understand the emotions one feels when deciding to entrust the care of their “furry friend(s)” to someone else.

My obligation, to you, is to provide your pet(s) with the same level of attention and care that you provide them.

Hi my name is Max Read. I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and this is truly my dream job. I’ve had lots of experience with dogs cats and rodents and this job allows me to meet all kinds of cats and dogs. I take college classes with this job and just graduated high school this past summer.
